Community rules

These apply to everything you post in the MaxHeight community — posts, comments, your username and your bio. You agree to them when you create a community profile.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post:

  • harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or slurs
  • sexual content of any kind
  • anything encouraging self-harm, suicide, disordered eating, fasting or restricting food — including to affect your height or weight
  • promoting, recommending, selling, or asking where to get growth hormone, peptides, steroids or “growth pills”
  • impersonation, spam, or anything illegal

Asking is not promoting. You can ask whether something is safe, effective or a good idea — including by name. The answer here is usually no, and hearing that is the point. What is not allowed is offering to supply it, telling people to take it, or asking where to get it.

Being short, feeling short, or being frustrated with how slowly you are growing is the subject of this community. None of that is against the rules.

No contact details

Many people here are under 18. Do not post or ask for phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, or links for reaching someone off the app. This applies even if you are asked first.

13 and over

Community features are for people aged 13 and over. Reading the app’s predictions and plan has no age limit; posting does.

How this is enforced

Every post, comment, username and bio is screened automatically before it appears. Any user can report any post or comment, and can block any other user, which hides that person’s content from them immediately.

We review reports and act on them. That can include removing content and permanently terminating the account responsible, without notice and without a refund of any subscription.

What you post stays yours

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give Ciel Labs LLC permission to display it inside the app so the community works. You can delete your community profile and everything you have posted at any time, from Profile in the app.

Reporting something

Use the report option on any post or comment. For anything urgent, or to reach a person rather than a queue, email [email protected].

These rules sit alongside the Ciel Labs Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which cover subscriptions and how your data is handled.
