365-day exercise plan

A full year planned out — three building days, three mobility days and a rest day each week, matched to the guidelines for your age.

Built on the actual guidelines

The World Health Organization and the US Physical Activity Guidelines say the same thing for your age group: 60 minutes of activity a day, including both muscle-strengthening and bone-strengthening activity on at least 3 days a week. The week is structured to hit that, not to fill time.

Illustrated, and it progresses

Every move has its own illustration, and the plan gets harder as the year goes on rather than repeating day one 365 times. Equipment badges tell you upfront what a session needs — most need nothing.

What exercise actually does

It builds bone density during the one window in life when that's easiest, plus strength and posture. Those are real, measurable, and worth a year of your time.
