Height prediction
Up to four independent estimates, blended into one number and a range — using the same methods a pediatrician would reach for.
Four estimates, not one guess
The mid-parental method uses your parents' heights. A growth-trajectory estimate uses how far along the CDC stature-for-age curves you already are. A growth-rate estimate uses how fast you're currently growing. And for girls past their first period, a post-menarche estimate is added. The more you tell the app, the tighter the range gets.
It learns from what you log
Once you've logged heights over time, your own measured growth rate replaces the app's estimate of it. Your prediction stops being a snapshot of the day you signed up and starts reflecting how you're actually growing.
A range, because a range is the truth
Every prediction ships with the likely range around it. A single number implies a precision that no growth model has, so the app shows the spread it actually computed.
